This recipe turns the humble Cauliflower into a sexy dish that uses up your leftovers. It's low carbs and can be adjusted to suit vegetarian and vegan diets.
ham of the bone
finely diced capsicum
finely diced mushroom
Basil or Italian herbs
Preheat oven to 200 C (fan forced)
Slice a whole Cauliflower into 2cm steaks, drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 15 mins
Add pizza sauce, ham, capsicum, grated Parmesan or whatever cheese you like.
Bake another 15 mins
Add Basil or Italian herbs on top. Yum!
